We make hydraulic hose assemblies in house and manufacture to the highest standards, while you wait. We stock various hose types and sizes and cover end termination types such as BSP, Metric, JIC and SAE Flanges. We hold the Q approval certificate to manufacture hose assemblies.

In addition to manufacturing hydraulic hose assemblies, we can supply the equipment for manufacturing hose assemblies too. This can assist with end user productivity and in addition reduces downtime allowing the end user to replace and maintain their equipment whenever required.

Many places can re-end a hose assembly but this isn’t good practice. The life of a hose is tuff, they see a lot of expansion and contraction due to pressure thus creating fatigue in the main wires of the assembly that hold it together. This means crimping a new ferrule onto a failed hose can actually do more damage than good, a ferrule is a crimped-on hose clamp with teeth that sink into the rubber and grab onto the wires, if those wires are fatigued, they can break or snap during crimping on when under load thus creating safety issues or serious injury.

When a hose blows or wears through, we highly recommend replacing the full hose with a new assembly, this is for safety reasons. It also minimises machine downtime
